Some of the ingredients and menu items graduated from fad to classic (Buffalo Hot Wings) while others have simply been replaced with "the next big thing". Remember Oleo?
Well, there is one ingredient that continues to inspire professional chefs and has been for over 6000 years. It's been referred to as "the magic ingredient". Today we pay homage to that tremendous product.
